Community

Welcome to Tuxedo Farms

Not just new home construction but new community design – created for the way people live today, not in 1930 or 1965. In a new neighborhood connected to the rugged natural landscape by a network of old equestrian trails. With a lake, creeks and a waterfall. This is the kind of place where families can hike and bike trails together. Kids can get out in nature, stay active and develop their innate curiosity and independence. Perhaps best of all, because it is new, Tuxedo Farms offers that rare opportunity for you to actually help shape the character of the community itself. It’s not just a place of your choosing. It’s a place of your making.

Jessie’s Market+ Information Center

This will be your first stop when you visit Tuxedo Farms – the Tuxedo Farms Information Center. Where you can check out a map and learn about the different neighborhood and home options. And since it’s right next to Jessie’s Market, you might as well orient yourself with an ice cream cone in hand. Jessie’s Market is your local general store and artisanal small batch ice cream parlor, serving handmade frozen treats.

The YMCA

It’s a state-of-the-art YMCA featuring an aquatic center, gymnasium with basketball and volleyball courts, fitness studio with cardio and strength training, spin studio, group exercise studio, youth center and childcare facilities. And outside it features tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and athletic fields for soccer, lacrosse and football. But more important than what it is, is what it does. The Y brings people together. Through events, classes, swim lessons, kids camps, after school programs, and through a shared interest in wellness. It will serve the region and enhance your quality of life at Tuxedo Farms.

Village Green

A great community needs a great place for the community to gather. At Tuxedo Farms, that’s the Village Green. Which is much more than a park. The Green will bring concerts, outdoor movies and seasonal celebrations. It will also be home to a central community asset, The Coop, providing event spaces, a resident lounge and modern office space for today’s professionals. The Village Green is where you’ll stop to get your mail, greet your neighbors, or relax and watch the world go by.
